Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fleshandhide.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process.
Return Shipping Charges
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the buyer. We do not offer free return shipping at this time.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
